Duke to play for third

Mullen's No. 2 singles player drops his semifinals match in Pueblo, but can win the consolation match; 'Stangs doubles go 3-4 in playbacks; Ruegsegger-Mackenzie also still alive in playbacks.
 
Patrick Duke will play for third place on Saturday in the new Class 4A individual tournament.

At No. 2 singles, Duke will meet Lichen Liao of Niwot at No. 2 singles at Pueblo City Park.

Duke was the only Mustang to advance to Friday’s semifinals, where he lost to Colorado Academy’s Fabian Frenz in straight sets.

The Mustangs went 4-3 on the day in doubles in playbacks.
